Production process and quality control
1. Manufacturing process
The production of aluminum discs mainly includes the following steps:
Melting and casting: Aluminum ingots and alloy elements are smelted and then DC cast to form aluminum slabs.
Hot rolling and cold rolling: The billet is thinned to the target thickness (0.3-6.0 mm) through multiple rolling passes.
Punching and annealing: After the disc is punched, it is annealed to eliminate internal stress and improve ductility.

Dimension tolerance: Diameter range 20-1500 mm, thickness error controlled within ±0.08 mm.
